Asian-mediationasoociation.org reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered and the links, content, information, prices and any other materials offered via this Site at any time and from time to time without notice or further obligation to you except as may be provided therein.
By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent that ORGANISERS can process the data provided within the framework of the conference and allow photographs to be made during the conference. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the event and for the drafting of a list of participants which will be distributed at the conference, and placing photographs in the pictures gallery accessible only by participants and ORGANISERS members, in the ORGANISERS newsletter or selecting some for articles on the conference in a journal or newspaper, or in any other web/printed publication.
We have made every effort to display the information of our products that appear at the Site as accurate as possible.

Prices shown on our web event are in Indonesia Rupiahs (IDR).
Prices are subjected to changes. We have the right to adjust prices from time to time. If for some reason there may have been a price mistake, Asian-mediationassociation.org has the right to not process your register.

If we notice that you are or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this web event on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force major. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
You can submit an register to Asian-mediationassociation.org by completing the details required on the register summary page and clicking the “submit” button. All prices are reflected in IDR and include VAT where applicable. Registered Account are not for resale. We are under no obligation to accept your register, but would normally do so where the register is available, the register fee reflects current pricing.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTER
We will notify you of our acceptance of your register by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your register for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the register and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your register.
Payment via credit card (Master Card and VISA via DOKU) are acceptable for register via this site.
For standard delivery we will charge your account for payment at the time that the register is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your register and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your register, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any).

You will be sent an email of your invoice once your payment has been successfully processed. Max. 1 day after you make your payment.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR EVENT
An email Confirmation page will be generated, together with your register ID. Details of your register confirmation, payment confirmation, and delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email, or can be viewed in your account.
MY REGISTER ID
REGISTER ID is a random digits reference number that will be generated after you submit your register. You will need your REGISTER ID to confirm your payment.
REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT
Do I need to set up an account to register at asian-mediationassociation.org?
Yes, you need to register for an account to access our facilities. It will not only facilitate you in placing your register but also give you more benefits such as receiving newsletters, updates, and special facilities from our apps. It is important that you provide current, detailed, and accurate information to us on your account.
You can create an account first, or you can start access forum straight away and set your account, whichever ways you find convenient. Just follow the easy steps on the screen.
1. Substitutions may be made for registered delegates if written notification is provided to the AMA Organisers before the Conference.
2. For cancellations, a refund of 50% will be given if written notification is provided to the AMA Organisers by 28th September 2018. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 28th September 2018.
3. All refund will be transferred in the payee’s name after the closing of The 5th AMA Conference.
