We encourage you to read our Terms and Conditions before continuing to register to our registration page. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors (including casual browsers) whether or not the registration process has been completed. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), as well as any other terms, guidelines or rules that are applicable to any portion of this site, without limitation or qualification.
COPYRIGHTS
All content and compilations those are included in this website, such as graphics, logos, images, data, and photograph are the property of Asian Mediation Association and Pusat Mediasi Nasional.
COMMERCIAL USE
This site is not for any commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, and sell any content or products within this site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site.
MODIFICATION OF THE SITE AND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Asian-mediationassociation.org reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered and the links, content, information, prices and any other materials offered via this Site at any time and from time to time without notice or further obligation to you except as may be provided therein.
PRIVACY POLICY
By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent that ORGANISERS can process the data provided within the framework of the conference and allow photographs to be made during the conference. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the event and for the drafting of a list of participants which will be distributed at the conference, and placing photographs in the pictures gallery accessible only by participants and ORGANISERS members, in the ORGANISERS newsletter or selecting some for articles on the conference in a journal or newspaper, or in any other web/printed publication.
SERVICE DETAILS
We have made every effort to display the information of our services that appear at the Site as accurate as possible. Due to monitor’s resolutions, there might be slight color differences of the appearances.
Prices shown in our web event are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices are subject to change. We have the right to adjust prices from time to time. If for some reason there may have been a price mistake, Asian-mediationassociation.org has the right not to process your registration.
AGREEMENT
You agree that you will be responsible for your activities in this website. If we notice that you are or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this website on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we haven’t take any action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by force major. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
REGISTER
You can register to Asian-mediationassociation.org by completing the details required on the register summary page and clicking the “submit” button. All prices are in IDR and VAT is not applicable. Registered Account are not for sale. We are under no obligation to accept your registration, but would normally do so where the registration is available, the registration fee reflects current pricing.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTER
We will notify you of our acceptance of your registration by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your registration for any reason or the price of the service has increased between the time of the registration and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your registration.
PAYMENT
Payment via credit card (Master Card and VISA via DOKU) are acceptable for registering via this site.
For standard delivery, we will send invoice for payment at the time that the registration is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your registration and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link, we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any losses you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If the seat event are not available for any reason after we have accepted your registration, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these and will refund any amounts already paid (if any).
Registration is final once payment is made. It is advised to keep your transaction proof, just in case it may be need.
If payment has not been made 1×24 hour, your registration will be automatically cancelled and you will have to resubmit your registration.
You will receive an email of your invoice once your payment has been successfully processed. Maximum 1 day after you make your payment.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE
- Click ” REGISTER NOW ” button for accessing our registration page.
- Please fill the registration form.
- You will receive an email from our site regarding you registration validation and invoice.
- Click ” Payment detail ” from last email to continue your payment for registration.
- You will receive billing receipt from your payment 1 x 24 hours.
An email confirmation will be generated, together with your registration ID. Details of your registration confirmation, payment confirmation, and delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email, or can be viewed in your account.
MY REGISTER ID
REGISTER ID is a random digits reference number that will be generated after you submit your register. You will need your REGISTER ID to confirm your payment.
REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT
Do I need to set up an account to register at asian-mediationassociation.org?
Yes, you need to register for an account to access our facilities. It will not only facilitate you in placing your registration but also give you more benefits such as receiving newsletters, updates, and special facilities from our web. It is important that you provide current, detailed, and accurate information to us of your account.
You can create an account first, or you can start access forum straight away and set your account, whichever ways you find convenient. Just follow the easy steps on the screen.
CANCELLATION PAYMENT
1. Substitutions may be made for registered delegates if written notification is provided to the AMA Organisers before the Conference.
2. For cancellations, a refund of 50% will be given if written notification is provided to the AMA Organisers by 28th September 2018. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 28th September 2018.
3. All refund will be transferred in the payee’s name after the closing of The 5th AMA Conference.
Pendaftaran ke Pengadilan
Pendaftaran ke Pengadilan akan dikoordinir oleh PMN:
- Cakupan wilayah adalah PN dan PA di area Jakarta.
- Melampirkan dokumen di antaranya (sesuai dengan Lampiran II Keputusan KMA nomor 108/KMA/SK/VI/2016 tanggal: 17 Juni 2016, Pasal 10):
- Salinan KTP;
- Salinan Sertifikat Mediator yang dikeluarkan oleh PMN;
- Salinan sah ijazah pendidikan terakhir;
- Pas photo berwarna terbaru; dan
- Daftar riwayat hidup yang sekurang-kurangnya memuat latar belakang pendidikan, keahlian dan/ atau pengalaman.
- Setelah pendaftaran yang dikoordinir oleh PMN, Sekretariat akan memberikan nomor surat kepada Mediator untuk bisa melakukan follow up ke tempat pendaftaran (PN/PA).
